Return Process

  Log into your Fairtex Global account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in unused, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
